How do I confirm my email and phone number?

To confirm your email:

• Click the "Confirm email" button.
• An email with a confirmation link will be sent to you; follow the link. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your Spam folder.

To confirm your phone number:

• Log in to your profile on the website.
• Enter your phone number.
• Click the "Confirm number" button.
• Enter the SMS code you receive in the pop-up window, then click "Confirm."
• If the SMS does not arrive or something goes wrong, use the "Resend SMS" option.

How do I recover my password?

You can restore your password by clicking "Reset password" on the login page. Enter the email address you used to register your account in the pop-up window. Then check your email and follow the instructions in the message.

How do I change my name, phone number, or email?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change this information yourself, since additional verification is required on our side. To update your details, please contact support.

How do I complete identity verification?

To verify your identity, submit a clear photograph of one of the following: your driver's license, a valid national ID, or both pages of your passport. The image must clearly display your full name, date of birth (matching your profile exactly), document serial and ID number, issue and expiration dates (if applicable). All information should be fully visible and the document photo must be of high quality, with no cropped or blurred areas.

How do I confirm my address?

For address confirmation, upload an official document showing your full name, current residential address, and the date of issuance (issued within the last 6 months). Accepted documents include:

• Bank statements;
• Utility or other official service bills;
• Correspondence from state or municipal authorities.

How do I validate my Visa or Mastercard?

Card verification requires photos of both the front and back of your Visa or Mastercard, with the card number partially masked (showing the first 6 and last 4 digits), the cardholder's full name, and the expiration date clearly readable. If the card does not display your name, attach a bank statement that shows your name alongside the last four digits of the card. For virtual cards, submit a full-screen screenshot from your banking app displaying the required information (masked card number, cardholder's name, and expiration date).

What is the processing time for document checks?

Documents are reviewed with priority given to profiles with active withdrawal requests. If no withdrawals are pending, verification proceeds in the order documents were submitted.

Can I use a residence permit instead of a passport?

Yes, a residence permit is accepted for identity verification if a passport is not available.

What documents can I use to verify my address if I rent and do not receive bills in my name or have bank cards?

Any official document containing your full name, current address, and an issuance date (no older than 3 months) may be used.

What document do I need to verify a Revolut card?

To verify your Revolut card, provide a Card Confirmation statement that includes details for all Revolut cards associated with your account. This document is easily downloaded as a PDF directly from the Revolut app, and should list the cardholder's name along with the relevant card numbers. If using a virtual or single-use card, be sure the confirmation document clearly displays the card's masked number and your information as shown in the profile. This extra step helps ensure the card's legitimacy and confirms its connection to your account.

Why do you request my address?

Your residential address is needed so we can comply with service regulations, which prohibit access from certain restricted countries. By verifying your address, we are able to confirm that you reside in an eligible location and maintain regulatory standards. This ensures fair access and helps protect both users and the platform from policy violations related to geographic restrictions.

Is it possible to hide part of my document information?

No, the full serial number and document ID must be unobstructed and clearly visible during verification. Providing partial information will result in the rejection of your submission, as all digits are essential for confirming the document's authenticity and preventing fraud. This requirement helps safeguard your account and support the integrity of our verification system.

Why isn't the passport registration page enough?

A page showing only passport registration lacks critical information, such as your full name, current address, and the document's date of issue, all of which are necessary for successful verification. For approval, you must submit a document that includes all required details in one place, as incomplete data could stop us from confirming your identity accurately and securely.

Why do I need to submit a bank statement?

If the payment card is not issued in your name, a bank statement provides evidence of card ownership.

Why do I need to take a selfie with my passport?

A selfie with your document helps prevent the misuse of your personal data by others and confirms live possession of your ID.

Why are new address documents needed every month?

For some locations, like Turkey, confirming documents may only remain valid for one month. Expired documents must be replaced with recent versions to keep your profile status up to date.

Why can't I upload multiple payment cards at the same time?

You cannot upload multiple payment cards at once, as only cards that have actually been used for deposits are allowed to be added. This keeps your payment list up-to-date and helps prevent extra or inactive cards from being attached to your account.
